How do you "dip" a bottle?
We begin by placing the bottle of your choice in a clear, food-quality sleeve. The chocolate goes over the sleeve and never touches the bottle. A ribbon acts as a "zipper" making it easy to open. The bottle is then hand-covered in your choice of the finest milk, dark or white chocolate, leaving the label exposed to assure that you are getting the bottle of your choosing. Once covered in chocolate, we add the hand details that you choose from our standard designs. The decorated bottle is wrapped in clear food-grade cellophane. Finally, we tie-on a celebratory hangtag to announce the occasion, pop it in an awesome bag and its ready to go into our UPS approved shipping cartons.

How do I open it?
The excitement of receiving a gift of Bliss in a Bottle is "breaking it open". Not only do you get a fine wine and delicious Belgian chocolate, but you also get the experience of opening it. Begin by opening the outer wrap. Leave the bottle in the center of it. Next look for the two small ribbons at the neck of the bottle inside the chocolate dip. Simply pull the two ends of the zipper away from the bottle and the chocolate breaks away. The outer wrap acts as a chocolate "serving platter" and the bottle comes out clean and ready to open.

Many of our customers talk about what fun they have getting to the chocolate and revealing the bottle. Some try to see if they can get the chocolate off in two large pieces. Others think of the zipper as sort of a wishbone and make a wish as they break it open. Whether you break it into many pieces or make special wishes - have fun and enjoy it!

What is the shelf life of the chocolate?
Storing your Bliss in a Bottle in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat to keep the chocolate smooth and creamy. There is no need to refrigerate it unless you want the beverage to be cold when you open it. The chocolate is good for at least 6 months. Just keep the bottle wrapped in the bag and pop it in the refrigerator for 1-hour before opening it.

We are a UPS licensed and authorized wine shipper. We ship according to the UPS Compatible Shipping solutions and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. All of our shipments must meet UPS packaging requirements.
